INTENSIVE THERAPY
Intensive Therapy
With intensive sessions, the amount of time you spend in therapy could very possibly be just a few days. Intensives are usually 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in afternoon for 3-5 days in a row.
What are the advantages of intensive therapy?
- treatment efficiency
- reduced risk of treatment-related destabilization
- reduced risk of life crises disrupting treatment
- rapid results which preclude further suffering or harm from the symptoms.
Compared to other trauma therapy, intensive therapy roughly halves treatment time because effects are being optimized with longer sessions.
